Today, I wanted to re discover a classic dessert: the chocolate marble cake.
I have found this very easy recipe in a free ebook available on Culturethèque:

Ingredients
200g of flour
200g of powdered sugar
100g of butter
3 eggs
10 cl of milk
60g of grated chocolate
6g of baking powder
1- Work the butter with the sugar until it has softened, then add the egg yolks, the flour, the milk and the baking powder.
2- Beat the egg whites until very stiff and then mix it to the dough
3- Divide the mixture into two equal parts. Add the grated chocolate to one part. Grease the cake mould and throw into it each dough in alternation (plain and chocolate).
4- Fill the 2 thirds and bake it for 50 to 60 min in a warm oven (110° - Th.4). (gas mark 4)
