I have found this delicious recipe in a book available for free on Culturethèque:
Mes petits gâteaux from Bérengère Abraham (2009), p77.
Preparation: 15 mins
Baking : about 15 mins
For 8 warm chocolate puddings
80g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla sugar sachet
1 table spoon of flour
3 eggs
100g of dark chocolate
50g of butter
8 squares of dark chocolate
Some butter for the moulds
Pre-heat the oven at 210°C (th.7) (gas mark 7). In a salad bowl, mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and the flour. Add the beaten eggs and mix it energetically to get a smooth dough.
Make melt the 100g of chocolate cut in pieces and the butter in a “bain-marie”. When the mix is homogeneous, add it to the previous preparation and mix again.
Grease small sized muffin moulds, fill them half-way and put a chocolate square in each of them.
Then fill the rest of the mould with dough. Put it in the oven and let it bake for 10 minutes.
You can enjoy these muffins warm or cold.
If they are still a little bit warm, they will be more melted on the inside.
