Rosalie Blum is a very gentle little graphic novel, and, thanks to my job on Culturethèque, and our renewal of the graphic novel section, discovered that the author of Rosalie Blum, Camille Jourdy, contributed to this graphic novel collective.
It works as a website as well as printed book in four parts. On the website, you can look at slides of mini-stories, which is such an ideal way of displaying illustrated stories). You need to sign up and pay to view a whole story, so that's the down side, but you get a good glimpse of styles you like.
